For a long time I have defined myself by a title - Reiki Master, Access Consciousness® Certified Facilitator, doTERRA Essential Oils Product Consultant, Mindful Teacher, Airline Pilot. I have finally reached the point in my life where I no longer feel like I need a title. I don’t want to be defined by what I do, but by who I am. And who I AM is kind of hard to describe in words, I’d much rather show you in person. But since you would probably like to know a little bit more about me, I will say this -
I am a free spirited, recovering people pleaser who is passionate about lifting shame. I create connections by allowing myself to be vulnerable, openly sharing the story of my past, and acknowledging that the external package does not always mirror the internal shame of low self worth. I assist others in uncovering the beauty and grace within, no matter how deeply it is buried. I believe every child can teach us something, if we are not afraid to listen and learn. I am passionate about helping kids maintain their sense of wonder, navigate their emotions, and know that they are loved. I believe in using food as medicine, essential oils to heal, and energy work to avoid storing issues in our tissues. I travel often to facilitate retreats and experience other cultures, and I find immense pleasure in knowing that we all have a common bond, no matter how different we may seem. And lastly, I allow myself to feel the fear and do it anyway, offering inspiration to those who are hesitant to take the next step. We can grow exponentially when we do it together.
