In this one hour online Zoom call we will combine any or all of the following:

- Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system

- Mindfulness tools to remain present (much of our stress and anxiety comes from the past or future)

- Guided meditation for self calming

- Energy work for stress reduction and relaxation

The call is purposefully scheduled late so you can drift peacefully off to sleep afterwards! Call details will be sent in an email after registration, and a recording will be available if you can't make it live.
