You are invited to attend a FREE Group Reiki Circle, where we will learn and experience - 

- a breathing technique to calm the nervous system
- a technique to interrupt obsessive thoughts and help you go to sleep
- the gentle healing energy of Reiki, a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes natural healing.

As a former airline pilot, I was trained to stay calm in stressful situations. I will guide you through this class using my knowledge as a Reiki Master and Mindfulness facilitator, so that you can return to your life with tools to help manage stressful situations.
