They (and I don't know who they are) say it takes 21 days to change a habit. I've decided I'm going to take the next 21 days to change something in my life that isn't working. ME. Or more precisely, I'm going to change what I've been doing to me and challenge the way I view me. For 21 days I'm going to cut myself some slack. I'm going to stop judging, making myself wrong, and apologizing for being me. 

What would my life look like if I showed myself the same kindness and caring I shower on other people? What if I actually appreciated me, and was grateful for me? What if I allowed myself to see how amazing I really am?
