What if instead of choosing between either/or, you could choose "and" instead?
An interesting addendum to this story. After I filmed this video, I cleaned out my pond. While I was doing that, I came up with a title for my next magazine article. Then I went to my mom's house. On the drive there, I came up with the 3 steps for the article. While I was raking her leaves, I kept getting ideas for the article. It took me forever to get the leaves done, because with each scoop of leaves I picked up, I had a new awareness and had to stop to jot it down. But I got more writing done today after the babysitter left, then I did the entire morning she was here. Maybe it doesn't have to be either/or. I'm beginning to like "and".
